Having given up the dairy herd in 2003 we have re-stocked with pedigree Red Poll cattle and converted the land to organic status. With our flock of Kerry Hill sheep we supply beef and lamb to our friends and customers (click here for further information). We chose both native breeds for their famed quality of meat and tenderness. They are ideally suited to an organic system relying on the rich Blackmore vale pastures in a stress free regime.
